Lunch Time CRISIS!

Many people believe eating is a part of joy in their life. Especially, the young Korean does. However, unfortunately, some students feel uncomfortable emotion at lunch or when they have a meal at homestay. The food or meals are part of culture. So, many times, when international students are faced against food problems, sometimes they call ‘Food Disaster’. Usually people used to say that’s crush between different cultures however students concern about more basic matters. For examples;

1. Too much frozen food: Korean doesn’t eat frozen food for everyday.

2. Regarding preservation of health

  - No fresh food, no vegetable, no fruit

  - Don’t wash food properly

3. Serve different food between students and homestay family, etc.

They want proper and clean food. If not, they want to cook or buy meals for themselves. When they feel meal is not pleasure any more. They feel in homestay cage and their dissatisfaction is grow and larger.
