* Work Placement start (Mon~Fri. 10a.m.~5p.m.)

* Interview with manager (SpecSavers Victoria)

* Introduce shop and staffs

 - sell items about ₤45,000/week

 - pay average ₤150/person

 - sell items 500 pairs/week

 - Lab at downstairs: Dispensing, Glazing, Tinting etc.

 - 3 rooms for eye exam (approximately 50 appointment/day)

 - Manager(1), Optometrist(3), Officer staff(1), Technician(2), Dispensing Optician(6)

* Description of eyewear (Lenses, Frames, CL)

 

* Despite first day of work placement, ask for customers care

* Customer Care

 - Fitting (2 cases), Guiding

* Display frames

* Help document and items arrangement
